- Precision CNC Turning-Milling
We machine aluminum (7075), titanium (6Al-4V), magnesium, stainless steel, PEEK, PEI, and carbon fiber composites. Typical part size up to 1.5m, bearing-ready surfaces held to ±0.005mm, and thin-wall geometries down to 1mm — for prototypes and production runs alike.
- μ-Grade Precision Stamping
High-speed stamping for thin-gauge metal components — brackets, spring contacts, retainers, and EMI shielding. Micron-level repeatability, designed for high-cycle applications where wear resistance is non-negotiable.
- Multi-Material Assembly & Integration
We bond, fasten, or assemble machined metal, injection-molded plastic, and trimmed carbon fiber into one ready-to-install component. Injection molding and composite layup are coordinated through qualified partners — you work with one supplier, we manage the rest.
